Design of a seven-storey urban building in the city center of Lugano
This project concerns the design and construction of a seven-storey mixed-use residential, administrative and commercial building located in a vibrant area of the city center of Lugano. The use of the UrbanMetrix software has allowed us to perform an accurate analysis of the local environmental situation. This in-depth knowledge on the site-specific resources and constraints is allowing us to develop innovative ideas to conceive an efficient and sustainable architectural solution.
